resumewriterdirect.com review

Editor's Rating:

resumewriterdirect.com review and discount code

The company describes itself as “The only resume writing service founded by former management consultants”. If that’s so, they should provide a really high quality of resume writing. The site itself is very helpful, as instead of endless “how cool we are” you see the links to their prices, process description and guarantees.

Price Policy

They’ve got a couple of packages to fit into your needs, starting at as little as $100. As an executive, I was recommended to get a $199 package. This is the price for resume only – cover page cost me extra $40. Moreover, there’s an extra charge for 24 hours delivery, but I didn’t choose that option – standard 3 days were completely ok for me.

Order Details

I proceeded to checkout and filled in the questionnaire online. After that, I was informed that the writer would contact me in case he needs some extra information. And really, the next day writer called me to ask some clarifying questions. The phone conversation took me about 10 minutes. It was kind of disappointing as I expected to have a conversation that would last at least half an hour!

Quality of writing and support

A phone number and contact email are on the top of the site. Also, there’s a link to a live chat, however, it’s not always online. I discovered that when I wanted to contact the support concerning my resume in the evening. The first draft got to my inbox in 3 days. I reviewed it and noticed that the resume was well written, but the cover letter looked too generic and wasn’t tailored to the position I was intended to get.

So, I had to leave a message and wait one more day until they fix it. To sum up, the writing level of this company is high; however, they didn’t impress me. Moreover, I expected better customer care. Someone here told that the Essay for Me company offers big discounts and other attractive offers to their customers; maybe, they are worth trying?
