The site has a very unusual and attractive design in black, explaining what exactly they can bring to candidates in various fields. They are oriented on CVs, not resume – note this before placing an order. The usability of the site is on the high level, but how about their writing?
Price policy
The company offers a range of various services besides CV writing itself, like interview coaching, next move action plan or an extra CV. Management CV costs £325, and cover letter is £65. The prices are above average, and what is more, you’ll have to pay VAT which is not small – for my sum of order it was £82.
Order details
Their standard delivery time is 5 days, though they state that the urgency can be discussed and changed. The package included face-to-face meeting, but as I’m outside the Liverpool, they’ve interviewed me on the phone.
Quality of writing and support
What I enjoyed about the site was their professional approach. They promise to update your resume within a year absolutely for free. However, they didn’t have a chat – only a phone. Personally I prefer chat as an opportunity to contact with the company when it’s convenient for you. The CV was delivered to me in 6 days with apologies for delay.
Conclusion
I have chosen this website because they specialized on CVs and that was what I needed. However, now I’m sure I could buy the same quality CV from the other sites and receive it without a delay in delivery. The CV helped me to get a job, but I will never order from this site again and waste my money. I checked the top sites and I’m sure they have the same quality for much lower prices.
