Prices are not very high – $149 per resume and $179 per resume and cover letter. They also promise to give you some free bonuses which cost $70. As it’s seen from the front page, the price depends neither on the industry, nor on the career level – a student’s and executive’s resume have the same price.
Order details
As usual, I was asked to attach my old resume and then the writer contacted me to clarify some detail. The person I talked to wasn’t very polite and one moment I was thinking over cancelling my order and getting my money back. What I discovered later was the site had some typos and grammar mistakes on it. I think it’s unacceptable for a serious company.
Quality of writing and support
I got my resume in 4 days. I only disliked two or three things in it, but I fixed them on my own, without contacting the writer. As for support, they don’t have an opportunity to chat, but the phone number is available.
Conclusion
I had a mixed impression after dealing with this site. On the one hand, I have nothing to complain about as I got the resume worth money I paid. On the other hand, I disliked writer’s attitude and the site is full of mistakes. So I’m not using them ever again. As I see from other people reviews, here are websites with much better customer care.
