The design of this resume writing site is pretty outdated, and the site itself is not very convenient to look for the needed information. They promise free information sheet with each resume that will help you during your interview. They also offer letter writing and career coaching, like most of the resume writing services do.
Pricing policy
Before making an order, I became interested in their price policy. On the front page they say that getting a resume written by them will only cost me $79.95. However, I didn’t find any information about prices for letters or interview coaching. I didn’t need these services, but somebody probably does! And nobody likes buying without knowing a price in advance.
Order details
The site lets you go to checkout step by step by filling an online form. They ask you to provide some personal information as well as data about your desired position, employment history and upload an old resume if you have one. The turnaround time is 2-3 days. Again, what if I need it in like 24 hours? Any information is given about that.
Quality of writing and support
They offer a plenty of guarantees, too. For instance, free revisions are provided if within 30 days I wasn’t invited for an interview. It would be also helpful if they could give a money back guarantee like Perfect Resume org. On my opinion, such a guarantee makes a site more trustworthy. A phone number is available on the site, but I think a chat would also be helpful.
Conclusion
To cut the long story short, they delivered my resume in about 3 days. I also liked the option to contact with the writer, however, my writer rarely got back to me. I sent this resume to several companies, though not sure if it can get a job for me. I think I’ll need another resume written and will try another company.
