The company offers both writing and editing services. What I needed was a resume and cover letter editing. For both I paid $89.98 which is very low price, on my opinion. Moreover, I became interested in Giraffe mock interview which is a kind of distant interview coaching. They charged $69.99 for that. Writing a resume here costs $149.99.

What is the advantage of this service is they promise to send the final copy in 2 days after the order is placed, while many other services need 4 or 5 days for that. After I paid the order, I received a message asking for clarification concerning my desired position and career goals. I answered and didn’t hear from them until the moment of delivery.

Quality of writing and support

The quality of support, however, is below average. They don’t have a chat, and the phone number is quite hard to locate. In about 2 days I was contacted concerning the mock interview, and it was an interesting experience. Their coach has shown me my main mistakes during my interview. In spite of this, I couldn’t have been so satisfied with the quality of resume editing. The editor just changed the format and minor phrases.

Conclusion

In spite of fast delivery and affordable price, I left dissatisfied with the quality of editing. I expected to have the entire resume and cover letter polished for mistakes and paraphrased where necessary; however, it was changed just in some places. So I think you should look for other services.
