The signs show they have got certified resume writers, however, I haven’t found anything about the writing process. They guarantee client satisfaction, and probably that was the main argument. By the way, the site itself looks modern and attractive.

Prices for CV writing start at £199 for Starter’s level and reach £399 for executives. Cover letter is £99. There’s also an option of CV update available – however, it’s for existing clients only. Also, you can buy an hour of career consulting at £75. Unfortunately, I haven’t found any information about discounts or packages that help you save if you buy several products.

I have just graduated from the university and needed some professional help in getting the job I wanted. So I stayed on CV and Cover letter. I proceeded to checkout and then sent them a message on the site asking to get in touch with me to discuss details. They called me the next day, explained how it worked and asked me to send my old resume and the ad of job I was going to apply for.
Quality of writing and support
I had a short consultation with the writer during which we discussed the objective of resume and my career goals, and then the writer got down to work. The support is available via phone and email, as usual. The thing that was a bit disappointing was that their turnaround time was 4 weeks. I’ve never thought that a simple resume can be written so long!
Conclusion
It took them around 2 weeks to complete my order. I also asked the writer to make some amendments, but all in all, the result was satisfactory. However, I didn’t think how it would help me with the US job – the service is located in France and probably they didn’t know the local specifics. Moreover, not everyone have time to wait a month for a resume. So, I cannot recommend this service.
I’ve heard that this Site offers much affordable prices and provide well-written resumes.
